Slow-Cooker Italian Chicken

Slow-Cooker Italian Chicken

This recipe for Italian Chicken is great for days when you are busy and don’t have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen.  It’s just a matter of mixing up the sauce ingredients, pouring it over the chicken breasts, and letting the slow-cooker take care of the rest.  What could be easier than that!  The sauce is made from cream cheese, cream of chicken soup, and dry Italian dressing mix.

Enjoy!

  3. I came across your blog last week and have already tried four of your recipes. I actually have this in my crockpot now (again). I brought it to a family with a new baby, and they both called to tell me how delicious it was. My daughter loves it with egg noodles and fresh green beans.

  4. Ashley, thanks for the nice compliment on my blog. I’m glad to hear that you are enjoying my recipes. Wow! Four in one week! I think that must be a record!

  5. If I used four pounds of chicken how much cooking time will I need?

  6. June, I would guess about 5 hours, but I’ve never doubled the recipe before, so I’m not certain. I hope you enjoy it.
