Pizza Fondue

With all of the New Year’s Eve parties and get-togethers coming up next week, I thought I would share an appetizer that you can “WOW” your guests with. And this one happens to be super easy to make. My family absolutely loves Pizza Fondue, and they beg me to make it for them—not as an appetizer, but for dinner! It’s a kid-pleaser for sure, but even my husband gets excited when he knows I’m going to make it. I mean who doesn’t love pizza?? And when it involves dipping French bread pieces into a cheesy sauce that’s full of pizza toppings, you’ll find yourself surrounded by happy, smiling people. I promise. Here’s a look at what you’ll need.
Happy New Year!!

Recipe By: Origin Unknown/Adapted by Winner Dinners
Serves 4 as a main dish or about 12 as an appetizer
1 24-ounce jar spicy spaghetti sauce
1 pound of mozzarella cheese, grated
1 5-ounce package pepperoni, chopped
1 4-ounce can mushrooms, chopped
1 loaf French or Italian bread, cubed
Mix sauce, cheese, pepperoni and mushrooms in a large pot, and heat until cheese is melted. To keep warm while serving, transfer to a fondue pot. Serve with French or Italian bread cubes.

Laura, I am definitely going to try this. And now that I live in Las Vegas, Chili Rellenos Casserole doesn’t cost a fortune and I can also make that! I will use both recipes for a party at my new house.
Great, Randy! Congratulations on getting your new house!!!
