Drizzling chocolate onto cookies and candies is really easy, especially if you have a squeeze bottle. And guess what. They are really inexpensive. I’m talking one or two dollars at Michael’s, so it’s definitely worth getting one.
Fill it about halfway full with chocolate chips.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave for about 45 seconds. Take the bottle out and squeeze it to distribute the heat. If the chocolate is still not completely melted, microwave for about 15 seconds more, and squeeze again. Microwave. Squeeze. Microwave. Squeeze. Until it’s ready to go.
Now it’s time to practice. While squeezing the bottle, make back and forth motions on a plate until you feel comfortable with the speed and the amount of pressure you need to get the drizzle to look just right. When you think you’ve got it, do the same thing on your cookies or candies.
