Grilled Korean Style Flank Steak

Summer is almost here!  For me, summer means barbecues and bike rides.  I like to ride my bike up to Bridal Veil Falls in Provo Canyon.  It’s 12 miles round trip and a great workout, but it’s too cold and snowy to get up there in the wintertime.

Since summer is on it’s way, I knew I wanted to share at least one barbecue recipe.  This is an easy one, but you do need to marinate it for several hours, preferably overnight.  Then just throw it on the barbecue and grill it to perfection.  I suggest serving it with one of my potato recipes.  All three of these are fantastic:

Garlic Buttermilk Smashed Potatoes

Twice Baked Potatoes

Cream Cheese Mashed Potatoes
