Broccoli and Swiss

I love vegetables, but I’m not a rabbit. For me, veggies usually need to have some kind of sauce, cheese, or other flavoring. This Broccoli and Swiss recipe fits the bill. It has lots of cheese and other flavors. To make it, you’ll need broccoli, Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, green onions, salt, pepper, and dry mustard.
Start off by cutting the broccoli into flowerets.
Put them in a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.
Preheat oven to 350. Shred the Swiss cheese and slice the green onions.
Arrange the broccoli in a 9×13 baking dish.
Combine the remaining ingredients together in a medium bowl.
Spoon evenly over the broccoli. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 20 minutes or until cheese sauce is melted.
